Mr. Alomgir Hossain
Mr. Hossain is ICC Board Secretary and Program Director of Iowa Community Capital. He began his professional career in 1983 with Grameen Bank and Nobel Peace Prize winner, Professor Muhammad Yunus. He holds over 30 years of professional experience in different managerial positions in microfinance institutions (MFI) and development organizations in Asia, Africa, Latin America, and the United States. Most notably, he was the Founder Executive Project Director of Grameen Puerto Rico, USA and Founder Country Director of Grameen Guatemala among many other roles to help develop financially viable and impact-driven non-profit organizations across the world.

Monica Nathaniel
Center Manager
Monica Nathaniel is a south Sudanese American, living in Des Moines. She Graduated from Des Moines Area Community College with a degree in Accounting. Monica Nathaniel joined the Solidarity Microfinance Program in January 2020. She has been working as Center Manger with Solidarity clients. She is very proud and happy to be working at Solidarity Microfinance and to help the community grow.
